I hired Andrew as a general contractor for a master bath renovation. He was timely, thorough and returned calls promptly during the course of my project. And there were not a lot of phone calls because everything went smoothly. He sub- contracted out the roughing/gutting of my bathroom, electrical, plumbing and tiling. Every person who walked into my home was pleasant, took their shoes off, laid down tarps, and was timely. Andrew’s contract with me was thorough and his prices were fair. I did shop around. My project took maybe 4 months over the holiday season- not bad!
Also, just as an aside, I only ordered items that were in stock or at a warehouse in the USA. Nothing I ordered was back ordered, and that made a huge difference. I highly recommend Visionary!!

OUR BASEMENT REMODEL IS EXCELLENT!
We'd been in our new home for three months when Hurricane Ian hit and ruined our finished basement. Andrew quickly came to assess the damage - and within days was leading a team to rebuild everything. Along the way, he provided options, recommendations, and frequent updates. The basement now looks even better than it did when we moved in! We're now having Andrew re-do our laundry room - and can't wait to have him build an outdoor living room next Spring.
